The very word has power.
It has gained a reputation
It is thought of as
an escape
A way to get away from it all
But they do not know
They don't know how it
feels
how it feels when you
know you want to die
they don't know what you're brain
thinks
they don't know how you act
they think the big things
support
care
love
they think they count
they think they matter
but they don't know
they think it’s a permanent
solution to a temporary
problem
they think you will
take it into account
they think your brain
can see reason
they think your brain will
know
know that they care
know that it is
a bad idea
know that things
will get better
but they don't know
they haven't been there
in that one, single
instant
the time when everything
leaves
when you don't know left
or right
up
or down
except for one thing
the one thing your brain knows
is that it is done
it doesn't want to
exist anymore
it doesn't want
anything at all
to exist
and it only knows
how
When you look at the world
in a new light
but it isn't a light
it is a dark
when you can't
See anything
you can't see the
people
you can't see
what's around you
but you do see
see something
you see yourself
and you see the way
and if you finish it
if you do the deed
then it all goes away
and if you don't
then you start
seeing again
and sometimes
you see what you
couldn't see before
you see all of the
good things that you
couldn't see before
and your brain thinks
that you are an idiot
thinks that you couldn't
have really just done
that
and you feel better
but sometimes
you know
and you see
that it made
you fearless
it made you focus
it made you strong
and maybe
if you are going to go
if you don't want to
think
or see
or know
anymore
then maybe
it seems
again
like
it might
be the best
way
to die

I thought it was kind of convoluted, but really good.
I lurve melancholy.
In the end, I really couldn't pinpoint your overarching view of suicide... But it makes a great poem, and still manages to hit home a message. I just haven't figured it out yet.

As a poem, it's well. Long, depressive, I have to admit. It's good, it made me think. (No small feat, let me tell you.)
And I hope its only a poem...
